The map (s) will also show the location of <br /> architectural landmarks (buildings possibly eligible for National <br /> Register consideration) , and any area or areas appropriate for <br /> potential National Register historic district designation. <br /> 3. SURVEY NARRATIVE AND FINAL REPORT <br /> Following completion of the survey and preparation of the photograph- <br /> ic records as outlined above , a completion report will be prepared <br /> by the Consultant . It will include the following : <br /> a. A complete description of the survey methodology ; <br /> b. A tabulation of results , including the number of acres <br /> surveyed , number of properties investigated , and number of <br /> properties potentially eligible for National Register con- <br />, sideration; <br /> c . A description of the historical context into which the <br /> survey areas fit . The context will explain the important <br /> patterns in the development of the survey areas , along with <br />' a description of the various characteristics that give the <br /> areas their identity ; <br /> d. A brief description of previous surveys undertaken in the <br /> city of this nature by governmental or private agencies , <br /> organizations and individuals ; <br /> e. A discussion of data gaps and suggestions as to how they <br /> might be filled ; <br /> f. A discussion of any problems encountered in the survey <br /> implementation; <br /> g. A description of any promotional or publicity activities <br /> relating to the execution of the survey ; <br /> h. A map of the City indicating the areas surveyed ; and <br /> i. Resumes of the principal investigator and any other paid <br /> employees engaged in actual survey work. <br /> A reasonable number of copies of the completion report , containing <br /> the above listed items , will be prepared by the Consultant. Two <br /> copies of the completed inventory forms and photographs will also be - <br /> provided , as noted previously. <br />
