' + -4- <br /> 4. PROJECT COORDINATION <br /> The Consultant will work closely with a designated staff inember of <br /> the City of Decatur in implementing this project . The Consultant <br /> will also meet as required with the National Register Coordinator <br /> and Architectural Historian of the Illinios Historic Preservation <br /> Agency during the course of the project. <br /> 5 . RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT I <br /> The Client will make available to the Consultant the following : I <br /> a. Suitable base map (s) of the neighborhoods to be surveyed , <br /> at az appropriate scale ; �, <br /> b . Any available background information in the City ' s files I�, <br /> relating to the project to be undertaken; � <br /> c . Work space in the Decatur Municipal Building on a period- I <br /> ic basis , as may be required . II <br /> The Client will also be responsible for information required in the <br /> Completion Report such as local preservation plans , and fiscal data <br /> on the project . <br /> 6 . PROJECT TIMETABLE II <br /> The Consultant will begin the work outlined in the Scope of Services <br /> immediately upon notification of selection by the Client and complete I <br /> the work elements in this Agreement and as listed below within the I <br /> timeframes shown: i <br /> 1. Inventory and photographing of By the end of the <br /> 2nd month of the project <br /> buildings . I <br /> 2 . Preparation of survey map . By the end of the 3rd I�, <br /> month of the project <br /> 3. Preparation of survey narrative By the end of the 4th I <br /> and final report draft . month of the project ' <br /> In any event , the project will be completed in a satisfactory manner I <br /> before January 31 , 1995 .
