The COUNTY has passed a resolution appropriating sufficient <br /> funds to pay its share of the cost of this improvement, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit A" and made a <br /> part hereof . <br /> 5 . The COUNTY and CITY agree to provide prior to the STATE' S <br /> advertising for the work to be performed hereunder approval <br /> of the plans and specifications as prepared, by resolution <br /> or letter. <br /> 6 . The CITY shall exercise its franchise right to cause private <br /> utilities to be relocated at no expense to the STATE. <br /> 7 . The CITY agrees to cause its utilities located on right of <br /> way acquired by the State or installed within the limits of <br /> a roadway after the said roadway was taken over for <br /> maintenance by the State, to be relocated and/or adjusted at <br /> no expense to the State . <br /> 8 . Upon completion of the improvement, the COUNTY agrees to <br /> continue to have jurisdiction of, Lost Bridge Road including <br /> all improvements thereto. <br /> 9 . Upon completion of the improvement, the CITY agrees to <br /> maintain or caused to be maintained the traffic signals, as <br /> described herein, and highway lighting including furnishing <br /> the electrical energy therefor. <br />
