Upon acceptance by the State of the traffic signal work, at <br /> the intersection of Illinois Route 121 with Lost Bridge <br /> Road, the financial responsibility for the maintenance and <br /> electrical energy charges for the operation of the signal (s) <br /> shall be proportioned as follows : <br /> Level of Electrical <br /> Intersection Maintenance Maintenance Enerqv <br /> IL Route 121 I <br /> @ Lost Bridge � <br /> Road <br /> STATE Share 67o NA <br /> CITY Share 330 100% <br /> It is mutuall a reed that the actual si nal maintenance <br /> Y g g <br /> will be performed by the CITY either with its own forces or <br /> through an ongoing contractual agreement . <br /> It is further agreed that the signals shall be maintained to <br /> at least the Level of Maintenance shown above and specified <br /> in the attached "Exhibit B" made a part hereof. <br /> Upon acceptance by the STATE of the new traffic signal <br /> llin is Route 121 with <br /> installation at the intersection of I o <br /> i Lost Bridge Road, included herein, the responsibility for <br /> maintenance and ener outlined above shall become a part of <br /> gY <br /> the Master Agreement executed by the STATE and CITY on July <br /> 9, 1980 . <br /> The STATE agrees to make arrangements with the local power <br /> company to furnish the electrical energy for the operation <br /> of the traffic signals . The CITY agrees to pay their <br /> proportionate share of this cost as billed by the local <br /> power company. <br /> 11 . This agreement and the convenants contained herein shall be <br /> null and void in the event the contract covering the <br /> construction work contemplated herein is not awarded within <br /> three years subsequent to execution of the agreement . <br /> I� <br />
