All dwellings in the same collection route shall have the same collection day. <br /> Contractor may change the boundaries of any collection route by written notice to the City and to all <br /> dwellings affected by that change. <br /> 3.3. Collection of recyclable materials shall be made only during collection hours. <br /> Contractor shall advise dwelling residents to have recyclable materials placed at the collection point by <br /> 7:00 a.m. on the collection day for that dwelling. <br /> 3.4. Recyclable materials shall be collected from all participating dwellings on each <br /> collection route once each week, on the designated collection day. Each collection shall be made <br /> re ardless of the availabili of markets for n r m r f the r 1 1 m t ri 1 <br /> g t y o e o o e o e c y c a b e a e a s. <br /> 3.5. If Contractor determines that the collection of recyclable materials in a collection <br /> district will not be completed on the district collection day, Contractor shall notify the Recycling <br /> Coordinator by 4:00 p.m. on that day and request an extension of the collection hours. Contractor <br /> shall inform the Recycling Coordinator of the areas in that collecrion district not completed, the reason <br /> for non-completion and the expected time of completion. The Recycling Coordinator, in his or her sole <br /> discretion, shall grant or deny the extension. The granting of an extension will not be unreasonably <br /> withheld by the Recycling Coordinator. If denied, the collection of recyclable materials in that <br /> collection district shall be completed the following day within the collection hours. If granted the <br /> collection of recyclable materials in that collection district shall be completed within the extended <br /> hours. <br /> 3.6. Kraft or plastic grocery bags may be used for collection purposes if markets for <br /> said materials become available. <br /> 3.7. Contractor shall supply and deliver all replacement recycling containers requested <br /> by a dwelling resident as soon as possible after such request is made. Contractor may charge to the City <br />
