The Contractor shall be responsible for giving public notice of holida.y <br /> non-collection five(5) working days before the holiday. The notice shall be provided to local media, as <br /> approved by the Recycling Coordinator. <br /> 4.7. Contractor shall be responsible for all action necessary to properly respond to all <br /> complaints. <br /> SECTION V <br /> IMPROPERLY PREPARED RECYCLABLE MATERIALS <br /> AND NON-RECYCLABLE MATERIALS <br /> 5.1. Contractor shall collect all recyclable materials at the collection point which axe <br /> set out for collection in compliance with Section 3.1 and which are not unreasonably contaminated with <br /> food or dirt or mixed with non-recyclable materials. Any recyclable materials which are unreasonably <br /> contaminated with food or dirt, or mixed with non-recyclable material need not be collected. In the <br /> event any such recyclable materials are not so collected, Contractor shall leave a ta.g reminding the <br /> resident to properly prepare and separate recyclable materials for collection. Such reminder tag shall be <br /> approved by the Recycling Coordinator prior to use or amendment. <br /> 5.2. If non-recyclable materials are left at a collection point the Contractor need not <br /> collect any such non-recyclable materials under this agreement, but the Contractor shall leave a tag <br /> reminding the resident at that dwelling that such items are not recyclable materials. Such reminder tag <br /> shall be approved by the Recycling Coordinator prior to use or amendment. <br /> SECTION Vl <br /> CLEAN UP; RETURN OF CONTAINERS <br />
