Contractor shall clean all collection points of all recyclable materials and <br /> collect, pick up and remove all recyclable material dropped or spilled by Contractor during collection or <br /> blown from the collection vehicle during collection or hauling operarions. <br /> SECTION VII <br /> COLLECTION VEHICLES: DRIVING LAWS <br /> 7.1. Only collection vehicles shall be used by Contractor for collection of recyclable <br /> materials in the City. <br /> 7.2. Each collection vehicle shall be equipped with (i) warning flashers (ii) warning <br /> alarms to indicate movement in reverse; (iii) signs on the rear stating "This Vehicle Makes Frequent <br /> Stops; (iv) a broom and shovel for cleaning up spills. After consultation with the Contractor the City <br /> may hereafter reasonably require other equipment to be installed on the collection vehicle. Such <br /> requirements shall not be unreasonable in either their scope or expense to the Contractor. <br /> 7.3. Collection vehicles, and equipment thereon, shall be maintained in a proper <br /> working order, shall be kept clean and as free from odor as possible, and shall be maintained as may <br /> now or hereafter be required by any statute, law, ordinance, rule or regulation now or hereafter <br /> applicable. The City, however, shall not adopt any ordinance or rule or regulation regarding collecrion <br /> vehicles not contained in this Agreement during the term of this Agreement or any extension thereof <br /> regarding maintenance of Collection Vehicles except as provided in Subsection 7.6 hereo£ Collection <br /> vehicles shall be made available for inspection by the City, or its representatives, at the request of the <br /> Recycling Coordinator, and at a location in the City to be designated by the Recycling Coordinator. <br /> 7.4. All collection vehicles shall be identified on both sides of the vehicles with <br /> Contractor's name and telephone number. <br />
