29. The PLANNING AGENCY certifies that it has a written sexual <br /> harassment policy as required by 775 ILCS 5/2-105(A)(4) . <br /> 30. FHWA and FTA Participation. This AGREEMENT contemplates <br /> participation by the FHWA and FTA in costs incurred by the <br /> PLANNING AGENCY in the performance of work activities covered by <br /> this AGREEMENT. No obligation for costs not reimbursable by the <br /> FHWA or FTA shall be knowingly entered into and billed to the <br /> DEPARTMENT for reimbursement, incurred costs which are not <br /> reimbursable by the FHWA and FTA will be the sole responsibility <br /> of the PLANNING AGENCY. <br /> 31 . The PLANNING AGENCY shall provide the DEPARTMENT with a Line <br /> Item Budget for the PLANNING AGENCY' s total program, such budget <br /> to be separated into total direct costs and indirect costs.
