(Illinois) <br /> ("Gallagher"). The parties agree to amend Section III. B. 1 . of the Agreement to read <br /> as follows: <br /> "Client shall pay Gallagher a fee of 535,000 for the initial term of this <br /> Agreement for services provided hereunder, payable upon execution of this <br /> Agreement, and a fee of $23,000 per year for each renewal term, payable on <br /> or before the anniversary date of this Agreement". i <br /> This amendment shall be effective as of October 1 , 1994.
