� r � <br /> � <br /> � AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this ZS7N day of �A� 199 ,by and <br /> between the CITY OF DECATUR, an Illinois Municipal Corporation ("Client"), and <br /> ARTHUR J. GALLAGHER & CO. (ILLINOIS), an Illinois Business Corporation <br /> ('°Gallagher"). <br /> I. RECITALS <br /> A. Client desires to insure its workers'compensation,general liability, crime, automobile <br /> liability and physical damage, properly, and public officials' liability risks. <br /> B. Gallagher is engaged in the business of aiivising its clients on their insurance needs <br /> and procuring insurance on behalf of its clients as an insurance broker. <br /> C. Gallagher desires to provide certain administrative services and required insurance �,, <br /> brokerage services to Client and Client desires to have Gallagher provide such I�'� <br /> services in accordance with the terms hereof. I�'� <br /> II. TERM & TERMINATION <br /> A. TERM <br /> This Agreement shall be effective for an initial term of one year commencing <br /> October 1, 1993, and shall remain in full force and effect until September 30, 1994. <br /> Thereafter this Agreement shall be automatically renewed for successive one year <br /> terms until terminated as provided herein. <br />
