Gallagher shall use its best efforts to secure insurance required for the proper <br /> administration of Client's business. In the event an insurance company cancels <br /> or refuses to place the necessary insurance, Gallagher shall use its best efforts <br /> to obtain the coverage from another inswance company. <br /> 3. Galla er shall secure the a ro riate ro osal s for claims a <br />, � PP P P P ( ) dministration, <br /> loss prevention, and claims information (data processing) services from <br /> qualified third party administrator(s) for management of the Client's self- <br /> insured property and casualty program. <br /> 2 <br />
