The City <br /> accepted Option 1 of your One-Year Proposal of December 21, 1993. As you <br /> lmow, the extension of the agreement will maintain the price of $17.48 per dry <br /> ton removed and the minimum tonnage at 8,000 dry tons. All other provisions <br /> of the agreement will remain the same. The extended agreement will expire <br /> August 31, 1995. <br /> Please countersign this letter in the space provided below and return it <br /> to the City Clerk for our files. <br /> The City appreciates your cooperation in extending this agreement for an <br /> additional year.
