! <br /> CITY CODNCIL lYIINiI'P$S <br /> I�iONDAY. 1[AY 9, 1994 <br /> The City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, met in <br /> Closed, Executive Session in the First Floor Meeting Room. Mayor <br /> Erik C. Brechnitz presided; together with him being Councilmen <br /> Stephen F. John, William Mitchell, Kent N. Mittelberg, Shirley M. <br /> Moore, William F. Oliver, and Randolph L. Van Alstine. All seven <br /> members were present. Mayor Brechnitz declared a quorum present. <br /> The only item of business was a discussion regarding the <br /> current status of both library and I.A.F.F. 505 negotiations. <br /> Councilman Oliver moved the meeting be re-opened to the <br /> public; seconded by Councilman Van Alstine, and on call of the <br /> roll, Councilmen John, Mitchell, Mittelberg, Moore, Oliver, Van <br /> Alstine and Mayor Brechnitz voted aye. The Mayor declared the <br /> motion carried. <br /> The meeting was re-opened to the public and adjourned at <br /> 9:40 P.M. <br /> ( <br /> ity C erk <br />
