CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION <br /> MONDAY, APRIL 18 , 1994 <br /> The City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, met in <br /> Closed Session in the City Council Conference Room, One Gary K. <br /> Anderson Plaza. Mayor Brechnitz presided; together with him <br /> being Councilmen Stephen F. John, Kent N. Mittelberg, Shirley M. <br /> Moore, William F. Oliver and Randolph L. Van Alstine. Councilman <br /> William Mitchell was absent. Six members were present and one <br /> was absent. Mayor Brechnitz declared a quorum present. <br /> The only item of business was a discussion regarding the <br /> performance evaluation of City Manager James C. Bacon, Jr. No <br /> formal action was taken. <br /> Council returned to formal session and the meeting was ad- <br /> journed at 10: 10 P. M. <br /> � <br /> Ci Clerk <br />
