For the first nineteen months of this Agreement, <br /> specifically from May l, 1994 to November 30, 1995, the City <br /> shall register all dogs and cats in the County and the City, ex- <br />� cept for those dogs and/or cats residing in an incorporated area <br /> of the County in which said incorporated area maintains its own <br /> dog and/or cat registration system. <br /> C. The City shall continue the registration of dogs <br /> and cats in the City and County after November 30, 1995, unless <br /> either party declares an intention to renegotiate the terms of <br /> this Agreement relating to registration, or terminate this con- <br /> tract as a whole, by giving notice as required in paragraph 9 . <br /> D. The City shall maintain a central data base for <br /> both the County and the City. Said data base shall include rabies <br /> inoculation information for all dogs and cats in the City and the <br /> County, as well as registration information for all dogs and cats ' <br /> in the City and the County, except for those dogs and cats resid- , <br /> ing in an incorporated area of the County in which said incor- <br /> porated area maintains its own dog and/or cat inoculation and <br /> registration system. <br /> E. The City shall provide a report to the County <br /> every month detailing rabies and inoculation information in the <br /> data base as of the date printed. In addition, the City shall <br /> provide such information when requested on an emergency basis. <br /> F. The City shall be responsible for costs incurred <br /> in the maintenance of said data base. <br /> G. The City shall furnish rabies inoculation/ <br /> registration forms and serially numbered tags and any other forms <br /> or office supplies necessary for enforcement of dog and cat <br /> registration for the City and the County, except for those dogs <br /> 5 <br />
