' ' • ' B. The City shall prosecute violations of the animal <br /> control chapter of the City Code of the City of Decatur occurring <br /> within the City of Decatur. <br /> C. The City shall remit registration fees collected <br /> for the enforcement of the City Code of the City of Decatur to <br /> the County Animal Control Program. The City shall provide the <br /> County with a quarterly and annual accounting as to the registra- <br /> tion fees received, animals registered, and fees remitted to the <br /> County. <br /> D. The City shall pay the County $10, 400. 00 per month <br /> toward the Animal Control Program. The initial payment, repre- <br /> senting May 1994 , shall be a one time sum of $11, 000 . 00, which <br /> payment shall be made on or before June 10, 1994 . Each subse- <br /> quent payment shall be in the stated monthly amount of <br /> $10, 400. 00, which payment shall be due within ten (10) days fol- <br /> lowing month's end. <br /> E. The City shall give the County its equipment cur- <br /> rently being utilized exclusively for animal control for use by <br /> the County throughout the duration of this Agreement, with the <br /> understanding that the County shall insure all said equipment in <br /> the County's name with the City designated as loss payee on such <br /> insurance policies. In addition, should this Agreement be ter- <br /> minated at any time the County shall return said equipment to the <br /> City. <br /> 4 . The County and City mutually agree that: <br /> A.
