• • . � D. The County may negotiate and establish contracts <br /> with other entities for the use of the animal shelter freezer and <br /> animal shelter facilities by such other entities. <br /> E. The County shall after the close of its fiscal <br /> year promptly provide a report to the City accounting the total <br /> fiscal operational costs and revenues of the Animal Control <br /> Program. Further, throughout the year, upon request by the City, <br /> the County shall allow the City access to records maintained on <br /> operational costs, including revenues and expenditures, within a <br /> reasonable time from said request. <br /> H. The County shall pay al.l claims for damage caused <br /> by dogs as required by the Act whether occurring in the County or <br /> in the City. <br /> I. The County shall mutually agree with the City on a <br /> registration fee amount for dogs and cats. <br /> J. The County shall prosecute violations of the Act <br /> throughout the County of Macon, except that those violations I <br /> which occur within the City where a comparable City Code regula- I <br /> tion exists shall be prosecuted by the City pursuant to the City <br /> Code of the City of Decatur. Further, the County shall prosecute <br /> violations of Macon County Ordinances in all unincorporated areas <br /> of the County of Macon. <br /> K. The County shall remit all fines and fees col- <br /> lected for enforcement and prosecution of the Act and Macon <br /> County Ordinances to the Animal Control Program. <br /> 3 . The City agrees to perform the following functions, <br /> obligations and duties: <br /> A. The City shall mutually agree with the County on a <br /> registration fee amount for dogs and cats. <br /> 3 <br />
