Dec. 1982 <br /> � - Amend. #4 - Lincoln Park CSO Facility, CSO 3, 5, 7 & 8, May 1989 <br /> � Amend. #5 - Sewer Rehabilitation Projects, Dec. 1990 <br /> Amend. #6 - Wastewater Treatment Plant Dechlorination, Feb. 1991 <br /> � � Amend. #7 - Staley Sewer Rehabilitation and <br /> N&W Trunk Sewer, Aug. 1993 <br /> , ' Amend. #8 - Spring Creek Southeast Trunk Sewer Jan. 1994 <br /> l � 1-2 PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> f� 2 . 01 West Mound Road Trunk Sewer Extension. The project is locat- <br /> l ed in the North Stevens Creek Sewer District. See Fiqure 1. This <br /> ' sewer is a portion of a "future needs sewer" identified in the 1976 <br /> Decatur Facilities Planning Report as the Mound Road Trunk Sewer. <br /> (See Section 6.3 . 6, page_ 6.65 of that report. ) A portion of the <br /> Mound Road Trunk Sewer was constructed in 1990 by the Sanitary <br /> , District under IEPA permit No. 1990-HB-0879 for 2538 lineal feet of <br /> 18-inch sewer and permit No. 1990-H-0880 for 2435 lineal feet of <br /> 10-inch and 425 lineal feet of 8-inch sewer constructed by the City <br /> ' of Decatur. This project will consist of approximately 2700 lineal <br /> feet of 15-inch sanitary sewer and the usual appurtenances extend- <br /> ing northerly from the existing 18-inch interceptor to serve as an <br /> , outlet for 8-inch and 10-inch lateral sewers to be installed by the <br /> City of Decatur. Development of the service area south of the I-72 <br /> highway is underway. A congregate care facility is under construc- <br /> tion at the northwest corner of Arbor Drive and Oakland Avenue. <br /> ' Development of the 40 acre tract at the southwest corner of the <br /> same intersection is expected to start this spring. This develop- <br /> ment generally follows the land usage projected in the Com�rehen- <br /> , <br /> ' BGM 93074 -1- EXHIBIT 'C' <br />
