. , , ATTACHMENT ' I' <br /> � AGREEMENT FOR DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICE3 <br /> FOR <br /> SANITARY DISTRICT OF DECATIIR <br /> STALEY SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT Made at Decatur, Illinois, this day of <br /> , 1993 by and between the Sanitary District of Decatur, <br /> hereinafter referred to as the "OWNER" and Bainbridqe, Gee, Milanski <br /> & Associates, Inc. , 1670 South Taylorville Road, Decatur, Illinois <br /> 62521, hereinafter referred to as the "ENGINEER, " WITNE�SETH: <br /> The OWNER proposes to engage the ENGINEER to provide profes- <br /> sional services for the preparation of construction plans and speci- <br /> , ' fications for the rehabilitation of the Staley Sewer from Manhole 123 <br /> • to Manhole 18F-3 and the abandonment of the existing 12-inch and 8- <br /> inch sewer from Manhole 123 to 217 feet west of Manhole 18C as iden- <br /> tified in the June 1993 Staley Sewer Design Report hereinafter re- <br /> ferred to as the PROJECT. <br /> THEREFORE, In Consideration of these premises and the mutual <br /> covenants of the above described PROJECT: <br /> THE ENGINEER AGREEB, <br /> 1. Desiqn Services - To perform or be responsible for the <br /> performance of the following professional engineering <br /> services for the OWNER in connection with the proposed <br /> improvements hereinbefore described: <br /> a.
