b. Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifi- <br /> • cations for the PROJECT. <br /> c. Prepare proposal forms, notice to bidders, and the <br /> Contract Documents. <br /> d. Prepare estimate of project construction cost based on <br /> final plans and documents. <br /> e. Furnish ten (10) copies of the Contract Docwnents <br /> consisting of Construction Agreement Forms, General <br /> Conditions, Special Conditions, Detailed Construction <br /> Plans and Specifications. Additional se�s of plans, <br /> specifications and contract documents shall be fur- <br /> nished, upon request, at the actual cost of preparing <br /> and delivering the same. <br /> • f. Furnish the OWNER with drafts in quadruplicate of all <br /> necessary right-of-way dedications and/or construction <br /> easements, railroad and highway permits, including <br /> prints of the corresponding plats. <br /> 2 . Recxuired Provisions <br /> a. The ENGINEER agrees to take affirmative steps to <br /> assure that small, minority, and women's business <br /> enterprises are utilized when possible as sources of <br /> supplies, equipment, construction, and services and to <br /> provide evidence that such steps were taken. <br /> b. The ENGINEER agrees to include paragraphs c. through <br /> e. of this clause in all his contracts and all tier <br /> subcontracts directly related to project performance <br /> • which are in excess of $25, 000. <br /> -2- <br />
