. . � � �`� <br /> f. Conduct final inspection of construction and prepare <br /> final papers and reports. <br /> . g. Revise contract drawings to show location and nature of <br /> improvement as actually constructed and supply one set of <br /> "as built'� drawings to the CITY. <br /> 4. That all reports, plans, plats, estimates, and special <br /> conditions to be furnished by the ENGINEER in accordance with <br /> la to lg, inclusive, of THE ENGINEER AGREES shall be in <br /> accordance with the current standard specifications and <br /> policies of the CITY, it being understood that all such <br /> reports, plans, plats, estimates, and drafts shall, before <br /> being finally accepted, be subject to approval by the CITY. <br /> During the performance of the engineering services herein <br /> provided for, the ENGINEER shall be responsible for any loss <br /> or damage to the documents herein enumerated while they are in <br /> the ENGINEER'S possession and any such loss or damage shall be <br /> restored at the ENGINEER'S expense. <br /> 5. To attend conferences to be held at the request of the CITY <br /> and visit the site of the work at any reasonable time when <br /> requested to do so by the CITY. <br /> 6 . That tracings, plans, specifications, estimates, maps and <br /> other documents prepared by the ENGINEER in accordance with <br /> the AGREEMENT shall be delivered to and become the property of <br /> the CITY and that basic survey notes, sketches, charts, and <br /> other data prepared or obtained in accordance with this <br /> AGREEMENT shall be made available, upon request, to the CITY, <br /> without restriction or limitation as to their use. <br /> 7. That should the CITY require changes in any of the detailed <br /> construction plans, specifications, or estimates after they <br /> have been completed in accordance with the contract or as a <br /> result of policy changes by the CITY during the time work is <br /> underway, the CITY shall pay the ENGINEER for such extra work <br /> in accordance with Section 4 of THE CITY AGREES. <br /> It is understood that "changes" as used in this section means <br /> basic changes in location or design and that the provisions <br /> of this section shall in no way relieve the ENGINEER of his <br /> responsibility to prepare a complete and adequate set of plans <br /> satisfactory to the CITY. , <br /> 8 . That he will save harmless the CITY, any other governmental <br /> agency, or any representative of the CITY or any other <br /> governmental agency from all claims and liabilities due to <br /> activities of himself, his subcontractors, his agents or his <br /> � employees and that he will carry insurance to provide such <br /> protection. <br /> 9. That he will comply with all applicable Federal Statutes, <br />� <br />
