Umbrella over above <br /> Items b and c $1, 000, 000 � <br /> The Comprehensive General Liability policy shall include <br /> blanket contractual liability coverage or a contractual <br /> liability endorsement covering the liability assumed by the <br /> ENGINEER under this AGREEMENT, with limits not less than <br /> those specified herein. Certificates furnished hereunder <br /> shall reflect such coverage. <br /> Insurance shall be written by a company or companies satis- <br /> factory to the OWNER. Before commencing any work here- <br /> under, a certificate evidencing that maintenance of said <br /> insurance shall be furnished to the OWNER, and shall con- <br /> tain the following statement: <br /> "Insurance evidenced by this certificate will not be can- <br /> celed or altered unless 30 days written notice is given to <br /> the certificate holder and the additional insured. " <br /> Policies for Items b, c & e above must name the OWNER as an <br /> additional insured during the life of this AGREEMENT. <br /> Any subcontractor of the ENGINEER shall be required to pro- <br /> cure and maintain Insurance the same as required of the <br /> ENGINEER and to comply with the provisions hereof, in- <br /> cluding the furnishing of certificates of Insurance to the <br /> OWNER. <br /> ENGINEER agrees that the Comprehensive General Liability, <br /> both Bodily Injury and Property Damage, and the Architects <br /> and Engineers Professional Liability Insurance coverage for <br /> this project shall remain in full force and effect for one <br /> year after the completion of this Contract. <br /> In the event that either PARTY engages the services of any <br /> attorney for any action brought under this AGREEMENT, or <br /> for its endorsement, or in defending any action brought by <br /> either PARTY, the PARTY against whom a decision is rendered <br /> shall , in addition to the Judgment, be required to pay for <br /> BGM 93028A -3- <br />
