Y� � � - �� � <br /> • . , . <br /> AGREIIKF�IT <br /> WHEREAS, Long Creek Township owns and operates a Water Works <br /> System; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur, Illinois, owns and operates a <br /> Water Works System. <br /> For and in consideration of the promises and covenants <br /> respectively to be performed by the parties hereto, it is agreed <br /> by and between Long Creek Township and the City of Decatur, as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That the term of this Agreement will be for a period <br /> effective August 2 , 1993, through December 31, 1993. <br /> 2 . That any extension nor modification of Long Creek's <br /> water system shall be constructed in compliance with the then <br /> current standards established by Illinois Environmental ��, <br /> Protection Agency. Further, before admitting any extension or �� <br /> modification of the system, Long Creek shall cause the same to be il <br /> properly sterilized and tested. <br /> 3 . That there shall be no connection, directly or <br /> indirectly, to the Long Creek system or any connection of any <br /> service connected to Long Creek's system to any source of water <br /> other than that supplied by the City or Long Creek. <br /> 4 . That no connection to the Long Creek Water System, for a <br /> water service or otherwise, shall be made except by a plumber <br /> licensed by the State of Illinois or by an employee of Long <br /> Creek. <br />
