That Long Creek Township Water Department shall not , <br /> furnish water service through its system to any premises unless <br /> said premises are served by and connected with a properly <br /> installed and operating sanitary waste disposal facility which <br /> may include a properly operating and installed septic tank system <br /> conforming with the specifications, standards and regulations of <br /> the State of Illinois regarding such systems. <br /> 6. That during the term of this agreement the City shall <br /> furnish Long Creek Township treated and potable water from the <br /> water works system of the City, the delivery point to be agreed <br /> upon by Long Creek Township and the City. Long Creek shall be <br /> responsible for all expenses for connection to the City water <br /> system. Plans and specifications for such connection shall be <br /> approved by the City Director of Public Works. <br /> 7 . That at said delivery point or points Long Creek shall <br /> furnish and install to City standards and specifications <br /> metering and regulating devices which shall remain the property <br /> of Long Creek and by it made accessible to the City for reading <br /> and inspection. Said metering and regulating devices shall be <br /> sealed against tampering or unauthorized adjustment and shall be <br /> promptly tested at the expense of Long Creek from time to time <br /> upon request in writing from the City. <br /> 8. The quantity of water furnished to Long Creek by the <br /> City shall be determined monthly at such time during the month as <br /> shall be determined by the City. Within a reasonable time after <br /> the quantity of water furnished is determined, the City shall <br /> bill Long Creek and Long Creek shall, within thirty (30) days <br />
