' �age 3 <br /> . - �� . <br /> • Obtain approval from City before paying any claim in <br /> excess of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2 ,500.00) <br /> and furnish precautionary reports on all serious <br /> claims. <br /> D. Coordinate investigations on litigated claims with <br /> attorneys approved by the City. It is expressly <br /> understood by the Parties to this Agreement that all <br /> legal costs and loss payments will be charged to the <br /> City' s Self-Insurance Reserve Fund. <br /> E. Obtain approval from City before making any assignment <br /> to independent adjusters which would result in an <br /> additional fee. <br /> F. Be available to consult with the City on any insurance <br /> matter and to make available the expertise and experi- <br /> ence of the Service Agent's staff of Professionals to <br /> assist the City in achieving a successful <br /> self-insuranc� program. <br /> G. Assist in the collection of claims against others, if <br /> requested, for damage to City' s property and make <br /> recommendations regarding salvage matters. <br /> H. Review all sizable and unusual claims against the <br /> Decatur Public Transit System. <br />
