� � 3 - � � <br /> AMENDMENT <br /> TO <br /> LEASING AGREEMENT <br /> THE FOLLOWING MODIFICATION SHALL AMEND THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, REFERRED TO AS LESSOR, AND MACON <br /> RESOURCES, INC. , REFERRED TO AS LESSEE. <br /> This amendment shall become effective as of July 1 , 1993 and <br /> shall continue in effect until termination of the leasing agree- <br /> ment. The existing Agreement shall continue in full force and <br /> effect, as written, except for the clause in Paragraph 1 which <br /> shall be amended as follows: <br /> The current language reads: <br /> "the Agreement shall continue in effect from year to year, <br /> or until one party or the other shall give notice of its <br /> intention and desire to terminate the same, not less than <br /> ninety (90) days (or by March 31) prior to the first day of <br /> July in the year in which it is sought to cause said termi- <br /> nation." <br /> The amended language shall read: <br /> "the A reement shall continue in effect from year to year, <br /> g i e of its <br /> or until one party or the other shall give not c <br /> intention and desire to terminate the same, not less than <br /> sixty (60) days prior to the end of each six-month period <br /> (i.e. ) by October 31st, 1993 or April 30th, 1994 and there- <br /> after.
