. � � 3 � 77 <br /> AGREEMENT TO FURNISH PERSONNEL <br /> FOR OPERATION OF PARKING GARAGES <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made this l�� day of 1993 <br /> � , <br /> by and between THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLIN , A Municipal <br /> Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "CITY, " and DOWNTOWN <br /> DECATUR COUNCIL, INC. , A Corporation, hereinafter referred to as <br /> "OPERATOR. " <br /> For and in consideration of the covenants, agreements and <br /> conditions hereinafter set forth City does hereby contract with <br /> Operator for the furnishing of personnel and supervision to <br /> operate the off-street motor vehicle parking facility of the City <br /> commonly known as MVPS Garage B located on North Water Street <br /> between East Eldorado Street and East North Street, (hereinafter <br /> referred to as "facility") , in the City of Decatur, Illinois, for <br /> the period of two (2) years beginning on the lst day of May, <br /> 1993 , and ending on the 30th day of April, 1995, unless sooner <br /> terminated as elsewhere provided herein. <br /> IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Operator agrees to furnish such personnel and <br /> supervisian �s shal�, under the direction and at the di�cretion <br /> of the City, be necessary or desirable to operate the aforesaid <br /> parking facility in a safe, efficient, courteous and adequate <br /> manner and to comply with all laws and with all ordinances of the <br /> City of Decatur from time to time applicable to the operation of <br /> said facility.
