. � <br /> provide for security personnel at MVPS Garage C, located on South <br /> Franklin Street between East Wood Street and East Main Street, <br /> and the provision of such security personnel shall be included <br /> under all other applicable covenants and agreements made herein <br /> by the Operator as to the facility. <br /> 2 . Operator shall make no alterations or additions to said <br /> facility without obtaining the prior consent of City in writing <br /> signed by the City Manager, and said facility and all <br /> appurtenances thereto, presently located, or hereafter located <br /> in, or upon, said facility whether affixed thereto or not are, <br /> and shall remain, or shall become the property of the City. <br /> 3 . Neither this agreement nor anything contained herein <br /> shall be construed as creating a tenancy between the City and the <br /> Operator, and City may at any time, upon two (2) weeks notice to <br /> Operator, terminate this agreement. <br /> 4 . Operator shall operate said facility on the days and • <br /> during the hours fixed by the City through direction to the <br /> Operator from time to time by the City Manager. <br /> 5 .
