designated by the City all monies collected under the provisions <br /> hereof, which said monies from the time they are first collected <br /> by the respective attendants are, and shall continue to be the <br /> property of the City, and shall keep such daily and other <br /> periodic records as City may direct and shall transmit the same <br /> to City in the manner and form designated by City and shall keep <br /> and preserve or if directed by City shall deliver to City, such <br /> tickets, receipts or other documents or instruments as City may <br /> direct to substantiate the records, books, and accounts of <br /> Operator to be kept by Operator under the terms hereof, and shall <br /> permit City, through such personnel as it may authorize, to <br /> examine and audit said records, books and accounts at any and all <br /> reasonable times as City may elect, and Operator shall reimburse <br /> the City for any shortage or loss or overcharge that may be <br /> disclosed by such audit or examination. <br /> 7 . Operator shall furnish City a bond, in such amount and <br /> with such corporate surety as may be approved by City, <br /> indemnifying City against any dishonesty, defalcation, or <br /> shortage caused by Operator or any employee of Operator either <br /> individually or other�rr?se. <br /> 8. Operator shall maintain a standard worker's compensation <br /> and employers policy of insurance conforming to the requirements <br /> of applicable statute covering all employees employed by Operator <br /> pursuant to this contract, and shall furnish the usual <br /> certificate to the City attesting the fact that such insurance <br /> 3 <br />
