Anderson Plaza, Decatur, Illinois, <br /> 62523 , in a sealed envelope with the contractors name and the address <br /> of the bid submitted on the front of the envelope . There will be a <br /> public bid opening at 10 : 00 a.m. on April 26 , 1993 in the Community <br /> Development Conference Room. Bids received after this date will not <br /> be accepted without prior approval . <br /> No changes or alterations �re to be made to the bid sheet without the <br /> consent of the construction specialist . Any items not covered on the <br /> bid sheet may be added to the bottom of the last page of the bid <br /> sheet, not necessarily meaning that these items will be done. <br /> Al1 contractors must meet program requirements on insurance and have, <br /> or fill out , a contractors information form provided by Community <br /> Development . No wire molding will be used unless first approved by <br /> the construction specialist . <br /> Any electrical, plumbing, heating, roofing, waterproofing, or termite <br /> exterminating that requires a permit shall be done by a licensed con- <br /> tractor. <br /> The contractor shall pay the prevailing wage rate on the proposed con- <br /> struction. <br /> It will be the general contractor' s responsibility to procure all re- <br /> quired permits and submit the names of subcontractors at that time . <br /> It will also be the general contractor' s responsibility to have all <br /> permit work finaled by appropriate inspectors before calling for a <br /> final inspection of the complete job. To receive final payment, all <br /> lien waivers must accompany the final bill . <br /> Some bid items may need to be dropped from the original bid if the to- <br /> tal cost exceeds the amount of eligible loan. <br /> Contractor must submit all warranties for materials used by date of <br /> final inspection. All measurements on bid sheet are approximate . The <br /> General Contractor is held responsible for exact measurement . <br /> Client has choice of styles and colors on all applicable items . <br /> Pride of the Prairie <br />
