IL-90-X213 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That a copy of the Federal Transit Administra- <br /> tion Operating Assistance Grant Contract between the U.S. Depart- <br /> ment of Transportation and the City of Decatur, Illinois, a copy <br /> of which is hereby received and filed with the Clerk be, and the <br /> same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2.
