AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made this 3rd day of May, 1993 , by and be- <br /> tween the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation, <br /> (hereinafter "City") , and Temp-Force. <br /> WHEREAS, the City is desirous of obtaining the services of <br /> two individuals to act full-time in two seasonal positions, said <br /> positions being (1) Paint Coordinator and (1) Paint Assistant; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, Temp-Force is in the business of supplying its <br /> employees to other businesses or governmental units to serve in <br /> part-time, temporary or seasonal positions . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual <br /> promises and obligations made and assumed herein, the City and <br /> Temp-Force hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1 . Temp-Force shall provide to the City two employees of <br /> Temp-Force to serve in the positions noted above, with duties and <br /> responsibilities to be assigned by the City. <br /> 2 . Temp-Force shall provide the above-described employees <br /> and make the same available to the City, for the mutually agreed <br /> upon time period for each position. <br /> Paint Coordinator - May 5, 1993 - October 8, 1993 <br /> Paint Assistant - June 7, 1993 - October 1, 1993 <br /> 3 . Should one of Temp-Force ' s employees, assigned by the <br /> City to one of the above-described positions, leave Temp-Force ' s <br /> employ during the time period mentioned in paragraph 2 hereof, or <br /> for any of the reason become unable or unwilling to serve in said <br />
