position, whether due to illness, incapacity or otherwise, and <br /> regardless of whether such discontinuance is temporary or per- <br /> manent, then Temp-Force shall provide to the City another of <br /> Temp-Force ' s employees to serve in such position not less than <br /> three (3) business days following the last day worked by the <br /> first such employee . The City may, solely at its discretion, <br /> waive the performance of this paragraph by Temp-Force or may <br /> grant extensions of time for such replacement . <br /> 4 . The employees provided by Temp-Force shall have cur- <br /> rently valid Illinois driver' s licenses and shall have good driv- <br /> ing records . Al1 such employees must have adequate automobile <br /> liability insurance coverage. <br /> 5 . The City shall pay Temp-Force for all hours worked for <br /> the City by said Temp-Force employees at the rate listed as <br /> "Billing Rate" on the Price Quotation supplied with the accepted <br /> Bid Proposal . <br /> 6 .
