RESOLUTION NO. I � — <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND <br /> AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR <br /> MANAGEMENT OF DECATUR PUBLIC TRANSIT SYSTEM <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the specifications for bidding on a <br /> contract to manage the Decatur Public Transit System, a copy of <br /> which is hereby received and filed with the Clerk be, and the <br /> same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2.
