That the revised Agreement presented to the <br /> Council herewith between the City of Decatur and WVP Corporation, <br /> to provide architectural and engineering services related to the <br /> design and construction of a mass transit facility be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
