Senrices previously rendered are not generally <br /> applicable to the new site. <br /> The subject agreement is amended as follows: <br /> Pa9e 1 <br /> Revise the second paragraph under the heading "For the following Project"to read as <br /> follows: <br /> The project includes demolition of the existing buildings commonly known as <br /> #30, #60 and #88 Industry Court, relocation of Industry Court, construction <br /> of a new building containing maintenance and administration space and site <br /> improvements. <br /> The site arrangement is as shown on EXHIBIT B - Schematic Site Plan dated <br /> February 25, 1991 which is attached to and made a part of this Agreement <br /> Amendment. <br /> The building arrangement is as shown on EXHIBIT C - First Floor Plan <br /> dated February 26, 1991 which is attached to and made a part of this <br /> AgreementAmendment. <br /> Subparagraph 11.2.1 <br /> Revise the statement of Basic Services Compensation to read as follows: <br /> Compensation shall be a stipulated sum of $ 121,596.00. <br /> Chicago St. Louis Decatur <br />
