PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br /> Preparation of a Scoping Study for a New Roadway to Connect Brush College <br /> Road with 22nd Street (Routes 47 & 121) and/or Route 48 in the Northeast <br /> Section of the City of Decatur. Up to three (3) East-West Alternate <br /> Corridor Alignments are to be considered within the Study Area covered by <br /> Attachment (1). The Scope Study will address: <br /> o Preliminary Right-of-Way <br /> o Structural Demolition, if required. <br /> o Traffic Generation and Distribution (A.D.T. & D.H.V. ) <br /> o Recommended Typical Roadway Cross-Sections. <br /> o General Surface Drainage. <br /> o Environmental Issuss. <br /> o Impacts on Railroads. <br /> o Probable Construction Costs. <br /> o Cost/Benefit Comparison. <br /> A report of the Scope Study will be prepared in accordance with the ' <br /> following Project Requirements Section "B", "Distribution of Services ' <br /> Among Project Participants, " and Section "C" , "Project Plan" .
