PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br /> Preparation of a Scoping Study for a New Roadway to Connect Brush College <br /> Road with 22nd Street (Routes 47 & 121) and/or Route 48 in the Northeast <br /> Section of the City of Decatur. Up to three (3) East-West Alternate <br /> Corridor Alignments are to be considered within the Study Area covered by <br /> Attachment (1).
