days multiplied by the EMPLOYEE's then current annual salary <br /> divided by two hundred sixty (260) . In no event shall more than <br /> twenty-five (25) days of vacation be paid in cash to the EMPLOYEE <br /> at termination and regardless of the vacation leave actually <br /> accrued. <br /> SECTION EIGHT. Sick Leave. The EMPLOYEE has accrued <br /> sixty-eight (68) days of sick leave as of October 1, 1992. <br /> Thereafter, the EMPLOYEE shall earn one (1) additional day of <br /> e v' e re dered under this <br /> sick leave for each month of s r ic n <br /> Agreement. However, the maximum amount of sick leave which may <br /> be accrued is two hundred forty (240) days. The EMPLOYEE shall <br /> not be entitled to any cash payment for unused sick leave at the <br /> termination of this Agreement. <br /> SECTION NINE. Deferred Compensation. Prior to termination <br /> of this Agreement, and while the EMPLOYEE remains in the employ <br /> of the CITY as its City Manager, the City of Decatur shall <br /> contribute Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00) on or <br /> before January 15 of each year to the ICMA Retirement Corporation <br /> Deferred Compensation Plan on behalf of the EMPLOYEE. Should the <br /> EMPLOYEE voluntarily separate from employment with the CITY prior <br /> to October 1, 1993, the EMPLOYEE shall be obligated to repay <br /> twenty percent (20�) , i.e. , Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) <br /> of the payment to be made by the CITY on or about January 15, <br /> 1993. It is mutually understood and agreed that this repayment <br /> shall be made by the IIKPLOYEE directly to the CITY and that no <br /> payment adjustment shall be made to the ICMA Retirement <br /> Corporation Deferred Compensation Plan by either the CITY or the <br />
