EMPLOYEE. It is agreed that the deferred compensation required <br /> pursuant to this Section shall be in addition to the salary paid <br /> to the EMPLOYEE pursuant to Section Six. <br /> SECTION TEN. Automobile Allowance. The EMPLOYEE shall <br /> receive an automobile allowance of Four Hundred Seventy-five <br /> Dollars ($475.00) per month. This allowance shall compensate the <br /> EMPLOYEE for the use of his personal automobile in the course of <br /> CITY business and shall be paid in lieu of mileage or any other <br /> method of reimbursement. <br /> SECTION ELEVIId. Other Business Expense. The CITY shall <br /> reimburse the EMPLOYEE for all other reasonable <br /> employment-related expenses, subject to administrative policies <br /> concerning each, as currently existing or as amended, such <br /> expenses including, but not limited to, the following: air <br /> travel; taxi and auto rental; lodging; meals, memberships, and <br /> subscriptions to the publications of the International City <br /> Management Association and the Illinois City Management <br /> Association; registration fees for training programs offered by <br /> such organizations; and travel and incidental costs relating to <br /> attendance at such programs or the conferences and meetings of <br /> such organizations. It is specifically understood that such <br /> activities are to be undertaken by the EMPLOYEE, at his option, <br /> but at the request of the CITY, and shall be considered as part <br /> of the EMPLOYEE's duties. The EMPLOYEE shall be reimbursed for <br /> such other reasonable expenses as the CITY shall approve by <br /> motion passed by its City Council. <br /> SECTION TWELVE.
