Interest of M�nbers of or Delegates to Congress. "No a�ember of or del�gate to the Congress of the United States shall be admitted to any share or part of this c;oaitract or to ariy benefit arising therefram. 3. Prohibited Interest. "No menber, officer, or e�loyee of the Public Body or of a local public body �ring his te.rnire or one year thereafter shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in this vontx'act or the pr+ooeeds the2'eo�f�. 4. Dqual Flnplqm�ent Opportunity.
