� , . �� -��� <br /> A G R E E M E N T <br /> For and in consideration of the pranises, covenants, agreen�ents and <br /> coryditions hereinafter set forth to be perfonried, kept ar�cl met by the <br /> respective parties hereto, this Agreement is made by and between Tf� CITY OF <br /> DF�CAZUR, ILLINOIS, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as City, <br /> and NfANPOWER TF�4PORARY SERVICES, authorized to and doing business in the <br /> State of Illinois, hereinafter referred to as MANPOWER, as follo�rs: <br /> 1. This Agreement shall bearne and be effective as of Septanber 1, <br /> 1992 ar�d shall continue in effect until Septeiriber 1, 1995. <br /> 2. Camtiencing with the first day of the term of this Agreement and <br /> contiriuing through the duration thereof, the City agrees to <br /> provide the vehicle, fuel and oil, maintenance of vehicle, and <br /> vehicle insurance and MANPCJWER agrees to provide the personnel <br /> necessary to operate the Specialized Van Transportation program, <br /> hereinafter referred to as the Program, for those disabled persons <br /> who are eligible participants. <br /> 3. MANPOWER shall provide transportation services adequate to meet <br /> the needs of the Program an�d MANP�OWER shall operate said Program <br /> in accordance with guidelines issued by the City, which shall <br /> include the follcnaing conditions: <br /> A. Progra�n Requireme.nts <br /> 1. MANFOWER will only transport Program participants who are <br /> residents of the City of Decatur, Illinois and whose trip <br /> origin and destination are within the City limits. <br />
