Reed, Mass Transit Administrator <br /> SUBJECT: IDOT Agreement for FY' 93 Mass Transit Planning Services <br /> Upon City Council approval, the attached resolution will <br /> authorize the execution of an Agreement for Planning Services <br /> with the Illinois Department of Transportation. The State will <br /> reimburse the City for 80$ of the planning expenses of the <br /> Decatur Public Transit System in FY' 93 (July l, 1992 thru June <br /> 30, 1993) . <br /> The mass transit planning budget for the year will be <br /> $42 ,500 and the State' s share will be $34,000 . A grantee is <br /> required by the federal government to have a transit planning <br /> program before any capital or operating assistance can be <br /> received. <br />
