PRAIRIE - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement between the City of Decatur <br /> and First of America Trust Company, as Executor, for the purchase <br /> by the City of the property commonly known as 142 E. Prairie, a <br /> copy of which is forwarded to the Council herewith, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized <br /> to sign said Agreement for and on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 3 .
