' ' ' - 4 - BU�1(���� �A���d <br /> Parcels #l, #2 and #3 , B-2 Commercial, as provided by law and by <br /> said Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 5. The above zoning classifications shall be completed <br /> and in effect not later than ninety ( 90) days after the adoption <br /> of a resolution or ordinance by the City directing the <br /> appropriate City officials to execute the annexation agreement. <br /> 6 . During the term of this agreement, neither Owners, <br /> nor their heirs, successors or assigns, shall be required by any <br /> City ordinance to cut or mow any vegetation, weeds or plants on <br /> any portion of the Premises; provided that, this paragraph shall <br /> not apply to any portion of the Premises that are developed to <br /> the extent that buildings have been constructed thereon. <br /> 7 . During the term of this agreement and subject to <br /> paragraph 8 hereof, and as limited herein, the City shall pay to <br /> Owners, or their heirs, successors and assigns, annually, an <br /> amount equal to the real property tax levied by the City for <br /> which the owners of the Premises are liable during that year. <br /> Such payment shall be made by the City upon presentment to the <br /> Finance Department of a copy of the tax bill for said Premises as <br /> prepared by the Macon County Treasurer and shall be made in one <br /> (1) installment. It is the purpose of this payment, and the <br /> intent of the parties hereto, to abate that portion of real <br /> property tax levied by the City. <br /> 8.
