= , . � � � ! • <br /> (b) Signs• The City, at its cost, shall post signs at all <br /> entrances and exists to the parking garage for pedestrians or <br /> vehicles with print sufficiently large to be readable by persons <br /> passing such areas in a motor vehicle or on foot which would <br /> state, at least: "City of Decatur Authorized Parking Only; No <br /> Trespassing; Violators will be Prosecuted" . <br /> (c) Inspection. The City acknowledges that it has <br /> inspected and is fully aware of all structural conditions as well <br /> as the status of repair presently existing in the parking garage. <br /> Further, the City has had an opportunity to review the records of <br /> the Authority as to the physical, maintenance and structural <br /> condition of the parking garage. <br /> (d) Risk. The City understands and agrees that the use of <br /> that part of the parking garage authorized by this Agreement is <br /> at its sole risk and that the City accepts the parking garage in <br /> its present "as is" condition. In addition, the City <br /> acknowledges and agrees that the Authority has made no <br /> representation or warranty as to the physical, structural, repair <br /> or maintenance condition of the parking garage or the premises as <br /> being suitable for any purpose, including the purpose for which <br /> it is intended to be used by the City. <br /> -6- <br />
