Route 323 (U.S. Route 36) <br /> Section (139X-2)TS-2: The esisting traffic signal system at the <br /> intersection of U.S. Route 36 with Airport Road and Illinois Route <br /> 121 shall be modernized through the installation of a new <br /> controller, signal heads, detector loops, minor revision to the <br /> egisting pavement striping, and; <br /> F.A. Route 710 (U.S. Route 51) <br /> Section (50Z-3)TS-3: The existing traffic signal system at the <br /> intersection of U.S. Route 51 (Garfield Ave.) with Water Street <br /> shall be modernized through the installation of a new controller, <br /> signal heads, detector loops, mast arms, pavement striping, and; <br /> F.A. Route 710 (U.S. Route 51) <br /> Section (50Z-3)TS-4: The egisting traffic signal system at the <br /> intersection of U.S. Route 51 (Main Street) with Grand Avenue shall <br /> be modernized through the installation of a new controller, signal <br /> heads, detector loops, mast arms, pavement striping, <br /> and all other work necessary to complete the improvement in <br /> accordance with the approved plans and specifications. <br />
