RESOLUTION NO. R �a - � 3 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, <br /> DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, FOR A MASS <br /> TRANSIT CAPITAL GRANT <br /> Contract No. 1807 <br /> Application No. CAP-92-404-FED. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Capital Grant Agreement between the <br /> State of Illinois, Department of Transportation, Division of <br /> Public Transportation, and the City of Decatur, Illinois, a copy <br /> of which is hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof be, and <br /> the same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby, authorized and directed to sign and attest said agreement <br /> on behalf of the City, and to execute such other certifications <br /> or authorizations as may be required in connection therewith. <br /> Section 3 .
