Any observed changes in the participant's condition or family <br /> situation which might affect his/her current plan of care are required to <br /> be reported to the demonstrarion site. <br /> Services which mav be provided by a housekeeper include: <br /> a. perform.ing light cleaning tasks in areas of the home used by the <br /> participant, e.;., dusring, vacuuming, damp mopping; <br /> b. assisting with or supervising the preparation of a shopping list <br /> appropriate to a participant's dietary needs and financial <br /> circumstances and performing ?rocery shopoin; activities as needed; <br /> c. preparing or assisting in the preparation of ineals; <br /> d. assisting with or performing neighborhood errands as necessary; and <br /> e. doing personal laundry (toweIs, bedlinens, bedclothes and other <br /> clothing). <br /> III-7 <br />
