This servic� must be <br /> performed by the case management staff or other contracted staff. The <br /> training services may be performed in the home, on an outpatient basis, <br /> or in a support group setting. <br /> 10. Famiiv Counse?ins <br /> Family counseling includes services to the caregive: for the purpose of <br /> assessin� the caregve:'s ability to cope with feelings of grief, loss, anger, <br /> guilt and frus�arion, and with the reacrions oi others, and also ma�ng <br /> refer,als for addirional se:vices where needed. These services must be <br /> performed bv someone other than the case managemeat staff i.e., a <br /> pastoral counselor, psychologist or other professional.
