R / <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> - TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, <br /> authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City, an <br /> intergovernmental agreement in substantially the form set <br /> ut in the copy of same attached hereto, marked Exhibit A <br /> nd hereby made a part hereof, and with any or all of those <br /> arties to such agreement as are listed as "Taxing <br /> Districts" in said Exhibit A. <br /> Section 2 . That the Council does hereby approve the <br /> execution by the City Manager of such amendments and <br /> upplements to the intergovernmental agreement attached <br /> ereto as Exhibit A as shall be approved by said officer, <br /> ith such execution to constitute conclusive evidence of <br /> such officer' s approval, and this Council' s approval, of any <br /> such amendments or supplements <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 23rd of Dece r, 991 . <br /> GA K.
